2009年巧遇台灣農試所培育二十年的台灣釀酒葡萄品種「木杉」，自2010年創立直至今日，面對多雨潮濕、艱難栽培條件的台灣產區，謙卑但無畏是我們必須把持的精神，耐心實踐長期的自然「平衡」，培育在地特有釀酒品種「木杉 Mussan」、「金香」、「黑后」。釀酒當中無為而治，溫和對待，讓葡萄充分表現與生俱來的本質，希望我們能將台灣的風味與溫暖，真實純粹的傳遞給全世界每一個人。
